Samples are produced with all orders. They are a safe guard for you to proof read the details, check colours and be sure you like the end result and have an insight of what to expect when picking up your completed invites.

Changes can be made. We do not commence any final orders unless approval / sign off has been made. Samples taken away require a non refundable deposit, but will then be deducted from your total price.


From the time you express interest and return the completed detail form, we will mock up a sample to be produced within a week. Once you have approved the sample, we then schedule your job to be turned around within 2 weeks.
We can prioritize invite jobs due to in house printing / design if urgently required.


Orders are broken up in stages. Initially we will produce your invites, RSVP, wishing wells and what ever else you may need to go out to your guests. Upon receiving your RSVP's, the place cards, bomboniere tags etc are then ordered. This breaks up your payment and eliminates unnecessary quantity orders being more or less.


All interstate and overseas orders are welcome. These will be given the same attention as the local orders. Proper samples will be produced and mailed out to you for approval just as in the steps above, therefore your details will need to be supplied. The final jobs will be posted via Registered Australia Post with insurance, requiring a signature on the receiving end.
