At ASM Series it's simple and the most common thing my clients say ".... that was easy! " In saying that, I also have clients that become confused because of the array of options and possibilities.


If you are based in Melbourne or close proximity to the studio, we encourage you to book an appointment.There is a large range of invites in store and it is physically impossible to upload the ever changing designs on line.

All appointments and quotes are obligation free. We prefer to run by appointment mainly to avoid walk-ins interrupting the valuable time spent discussing your options and the process involved. (Like wise, we do not like making walk-ins wait without being seen).

During an appointment, you are given a written quote to take away with you in which you can overlook in your own time. At ASM Series, we do not believe in hassling you after visiting us and we will not contact you with pushy follow up calls. We leave it up to you to call us back if you need to discuss your quote further or would like to book our services.

Appointments normally run for 30 minutes and can be made Monday to Sunday between 10 am and 3 pm and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6 pm and 8 pm.


We provide a written quote on all invites and ideas discussed. This can be done in store during an appointment or if you are enquiring from interstate / overseas we will provide a quote via email. Quotes can be modified if you change your mind on style or quantity required.


Step 1: Obtain a quote.

Step 2: If you are happy with your quote and would like to engage in ASM Series services, notify us via phone or email. From here we will then email you a detail form.

Step 3: Email back your detail form. Upon receiving this, we will produce a hard copy sample for you to view in store. (If interstate / overseas - we will post the sample out)

Step 4: Once sample is approved and signed off we then commence on your final invites.
